Talk to an advisor. No charge, no obligation
We are an IRDAI-licensed insurance broker, which means we work for you and not for one insurer. Book a call and an advisor goes through what you already have, what is missing and what your options are — in plain words, with nothing to sign at the end of it.
What an advisor actually does
Works out how much cover you need
Not a round number someone quoted you. We look at who depends on your income, what you owe, what treatment actually costs where you live, and what you already have through an employer.
Reads your existing policies properly
Most people do not know what their own cover excludes. We go through the wording with you: waiting periods, sub-limits, room-rent caps, deductibles, the things that decide whether a claim is paid.
Finds the gaps and the overlaps
Two policies covering the same thing, and nothing covering the one risk that would actually hurt. This is the most common thing we find.
Explains the options side by side
What each plan covers, what it excludes, what it costs and where the trade-offs sit. From a range of insurer partners, because we are a broker and not tied to one.
Handles the paperwork if you go ahead
Proposal, medicals if they are needed, and the follow-up until the policy is issued. If you do not go ahead, nothing happens and you owe us nothing.
Stays your contact at claim time
The part that matters. You call us, not a call centre queue, and we deal with the insurer on your behalf.
We do not promise you the lowest premium, and we will not tell you a plan is the best one on the market. What we can do is show you what each option covers, what it leaves out and what it costs, and let you decide with that in front of you.
How a session works
Five steps, and you can stop after any of them.
You ask for a callback
The form on this page, a phone call or a WhatsApp message. Tell us roughly what it is about and when you are free.
We call you at a time you picked
Our advisors are available [HOURS]. A first conversation usually takes [SESSION LENGTH], and we can do it in [LANGUAGES].
We go through what you have
Your existing policies, who is covered, what you owe and what you are worried about. Mostly we ask questions; there is no pitch in this part.
You get the options in writing
A short comparison you can read at your own pace, with what each plan covers and excludes. No pressure to answer on the call.
You decide, or you don't
If you want to go ahead, we do the paperwork with you. If you do not, that is a perfectly normal outcome and we will not chase you.
Request a callback
Tell us what you would like to discuss and when suits you. An advisor calls you back. There is no charge and nothing to sign.
Advisory questions
Is the advice really free?
Yes. You pay us nothing for the conversation, whether or not you buy anything. When a policy is bought through us, the insurer pays us brokerage out of the premium, within the limits the IRDAI sets. If you would rather see what that is on a particular plan, ask and we will tell you.
Will you push me to buy something?
No. Plenty of our calls end with us saying your existing cover is fine, or that you should raise the sum insured on what you already hold rather than buy anything new. We would rather you came back to us in three years than bought something today.
What is the difference between a broker and an agent?
An agent represents one insurance company. A broker is licensed to place your business with any of the insurers it works with, and its duty is to you rather than to a single company. We are an IRDAI-licensed direct broker for both life and general insurance.
Can you tell me which insurer is the best?
No, and we would be suspicious of anyone who did. Plans differ in what they cover, what they exclude and what they cost, and the right answer depends on your situation. We will show you those differences and explain the trade-offs.
Will using a broker make my premium higher?
Premiums are set by the insurer for the plan and the cover you choose, not by us, and you do not pay us a separate fee. If two quotes differ, it is because the cover differs, and going through exactly where is a good use of the call.
Can you help with a policy I did not buy through you?
For advice, yes, always: send it across and we will read it with you. For servicing and claims, some things can only be done by the intermediary on record, so we will tell you honestly what we can and cannot do on that policy.
Do you advise on investments or tax?
No. We advise on insurance. We do distribute mutual funds separately, and we will tell you plainly when a question belongs with a chartered accountant or a registered investment adviser instead of with us.
How long does a call take?
A first conversation usually takes [SESSION LENGTH]. If your situation needs longer, or you would rather read things first and talk after, we will fit around that.
Can I talk to the same person again?
Yes. You get a named advisor rather than whoever answers, and the same person handles your renewals and, if it comes to it, your claim.
