Endorsements

Correct the details on your policy

Moved house, changed your number, spelled a name wrong on the proposal? An endorsement is the insurer's written correction to your policy. Send us what needs changing and we raise it with the insurer for you.

What to expect

  1. You send the request

Fill the form with your policy number and what needs changing. Attach a document now if you have it, or send it to us later.

  2. We send it to the insurer

We check the request against your policy and raise the endorsement with the insurer. If they need a form signed or a document we don't have, we come back to you with exactly what is missing.

  3. The insurer issues an endorsement copy

The insurer decides whether the change is allowed and issues the endorsement in writing. Their turnaround is usually [TURNAROUND TIME], and they may ask for a premium difference or refund one.

  4. You get the updated policy

We send you the endorsement copy along with the policy it belongs to. Check every detail and tell us straight away if something is still wrong.
