Loans from our lending partners, with one advisor alongside you
Tell us what you need to borrow for and we introduce you to lending partners who handle that kind of loan. We help you understand what they ask for and get your file in order. The lender assesses the application, approves or declines it, and sets the rate, the fees and the tenure.
We introduce, the lender decides
TommyAndFurry Insurance does not lend money. We introduce you to lending partners who handle the kind of loan you are asking about. The loan agreement is between you and the lender you choose, and the lender alone decides whether to approve your application and on what terms.
Loans are offered by our lending partners and are subject to their eligibility criteria, terms and approval. [LENDING PARTNER DISCLOSURE]
No one can promise you a loan, a rate or a date before a lender has assessed your application. We will not tell you that you are approved, and we will not quote a rate a lender has not offered you.
What we do, and what we don't
We are a broker, not a lender
We do not lend money and we do not hold yours. Every loan on these pages comes from one of our lending partners: [LENDING PARTNERS].
The lender sets every term
Approval, the amount sanctioned, the interest rate ([INTEREST RATE]), the fees ([PROCESSING FEE]) and the tenure ([MAX TENURE]) are the lender's decisions, taken under its own credit policy.
We help you prepare the file
We explain what lenders usually look at, tell you which partners handle your kind of loan, check your documents before they go in, and stay in touch until you have the lender's decision.
We promise you nothing we can't control
No one can promise you a loan, a rate or a date before a lender has assessed your application. We will not tell you that you are approved, and we will not quote a rate a lender has not offered you.

How an enquiry works
Work out the EMI first
Use the EMI calculator with the amount and tenure you have in mind, so you know what the monthly outgo looks like before you talk to anyone.
Send us an enquiry
Fill in the form on this page with the amount and what it is for. An advisor calls you back to talk it through.
We tell you what lenders ask for
We go through the documents and the checks our lending partners usually make for that loan, and help you put the file together.
You apply, the lender decides
You apply to the lender you choose. If it approves, it issues a sanction letter with the amount, rate, fees and tenure. Read it in full before you sign anything.
Do the sums before you enquire
- EMI calculatorPut in an amount, a rate and a tenure and see the monthly EMI, the total interest and the total you would repay.
- Home-loan eligibilityA rough indication of what your income and existing EMIs could support, before you speak to any lender.
Both calculators work on the numbers you type in and give you an estimate. They are not an offer, and the lender's own assessment is what decides your loan.
Questions about borrowing through us
Do you lend the money yourselves?
No. TommyAndFurry Insurance is a broker. We introduce you to lending partners, and the loan agreement is between you and the lender you choose. The lender assesses your application and decides whether to approve it.
Does sending an enquiry commit me to anything?
No. An enquiry is a request for a call back. You are not applying for a loan, you are not agreeing to any terms, and you owe nothing. You decide whether to apply once you have seen what a lender is willing to offer you.
Which lenders do you work with?
[LENDING PARTNERS]. The list will be published here once each partner agreement is in place. Until then we will tell you on the call which partners handle the loan you are asking about.
What interest rate would I pay?
[INTEREST RATE], set by the lender for your application. We will not put a number on it before a lender has assessed you, and you should be wary of anyone who does.
How long does an application take?
That is the lender's process, and it depends on the loan and on how complete your file is. We will not promise you a date, because the decision is not ours to make. We will tell you where your application stands whenever you ask.
What does it cost me?
Nothing for the enquiry or the introduction. What the loan costs is the lender's to set: the interest rate, [PROCESSING FEE] and anything else listed in its sanction letter and loan agreement.
Do I have to buy insurance to get a loan?
Not from us. Some lenders require cover on the asset or on the loan as a condition of their own sanction; that requirement is the lender's, and you are free to buy the cover wherever you like. We will never make an introduction conditional on buying a policy from us.
Can I repay a loan early?
Most lenders allow it and many charge for it. Whether you can prepay, when, and what it costs are set out in the loan agreement. Read that document before you sign, and ask us if anything in it is unclear.
